My PCT plan, need opinions

So I'm waiting the arrival of my gear for my first cycle which is gonna be sus250 and EQ at 500ml and 400ml per wk respectively. I'm planning on staying on for at least 12 weeks but might stretch it out to 14 or 16 wks depending on how long the gear lasts.

Anyway, I wanna get my PCT plan down before I go on cycle. I ordered 2 5000iu vials of HCG and have plenty of Tamox on the way. I got the HCG b/c I read that longer cycles with Sus will make your balls shut down and HCG with help get them back online quickly. I've also read that HCG inj should start the wk of your last inj. Should it be a whole wk before your last inj or a cpl days before? How long and at what intervals/dosages should I be doing with the HCG?

As far as the Tamox goes, if I experience any gyno on cycle, I plan on taking 20 mg/day to combat it. I don't care about any supposed reduction in gains, so long as I don't have bitch tits. As far as PCT goes, when does the Tamox need to start and when should I quit taking it? I know there's no definite answer, but I'd like a good idea before the time comes.

I know these are pretty basic questions, but I'm new to all this and all the guides I've read say different things and can get a little confusing for someone like myself.

Edit: I just re-read the Anthony Roberts PCT, and it sounds like that might be the way to go. I just need some aromatase and Vitamin E. Does that sound like a good plan?

Hi there,
HCG....I use it for 3 or 4 weeks my self....I start 2 weeks before I end the cycle so, if you planning an a 12 weeks cycle then, you should start HCG on week 10.
Now, some people (younger guys than 35 probably) does not seem to need HCG for this long period of time (4 weeks) as it does happen to me (I'm 48) so, plan accordonly...But remember....evryone reacts different to gear so the best thing is to get to know your body reactions.
Last, I use 500 IU's of HCG EOD, I found that frequent injections of less HCG does a better job...
Last, You need and AI and a Serm for PCT so, Aromasin will be perfect.....
I forgot to mention.....The first two weeks I'm on HCG I also include Arimidex at .5 mgs EOD...to help control estrogen.

dont question things so much... kinda go with the flow if that makes more snese.. the more weirry or worried about things its just becomes more stress on cycle. relax and let the juice flow through your blood steam bud. but if any questions ask and the bro's here are more than welcome 2 help... VIATMIN e is 2 hard to find unless its a knock off..

STANDARD 22 day pct for us youngins i believe.

Good to hear. I figured a full 16 wk PCT would be a little extreme for someone my age. Well I've got the HCG, Tamox and Aromasin on order, so I'll probly just go ahead with a shortened version of the Anthony Roberts plan, more or less. I just don't wanna get huge gains from my first cycle then lose all of it from not doing my PCT correctly.

Yes, at your age you do not need to get to complicated with your PCT....
Tamox and aromasin for 22 days or so will be enough.
I would leave the HCG out of the equation unless....you start having problems with your erections, like no morning wood....

what would be the effect of leaving aromasin out the equation? i've got hcg, arimidex, and nolva. i'm 41 and i've been on 250ml of sus 250 for about 14 weeks. thoughts?

Good to know. I'll keep that in mind. I'm still gonna have some HCG on hand though. Better to be prepared in case I need it.

hey guys, I know it's a little off the subject, but what about Letro for a mild case of gyno that I've had for a little over a year or so? Don't have the thousands of dollars for surgery so is there any hope or is it a lost cause? I can't stand looking at it anymore.

Sorry but, You need an AI there, since Arimidex will not help you bringing back your own test production as Aromasin or Clomid will.
So, If you can not get Aromasin go with clomid....and yes at your age HCG will be a good addition to your PCT, AS I said, use it at 500 IU's EOD for 3 weeks starting 14 days before the end of your cycle.

Unfortunately it's too late for letro to reverse it.

letro was very effective, try it maybe with some novadex... fuck why go through the BS surgery when you can chose your next best thing, use the orals.
